1. Who We Are

Seeden is operated by FOMO Labs Sdn Bhd (1473275-P), a company incorporated in Malaysia. We operate the analytics platform at seeden.ai and app.seeden.ai.

2. Data We Collect

  • Account data: Email address, name, and password (hashed) when you register.
  • Business data: Sales CSVs and outlet information you upload to the platform.
  • Usage data: Pages visited, features used, session duration — collected via analytics to improve the product.
  • Payment data: Billing details processed by our payment provider. We do not store card numbers.
  • Device & browser data: IP address, browser type, and operating system for security and performance monitoring.

3. How We Use Your Data

  • To provide and operate the Seeden platform.
  • To generate analytics dashboards, AI insights, and morning briefings for your account.
  • To send transactional emails (account activation, billing receipts, password resets).
  • To improve product features based on aggregated, anonymised usage patterns.
  • To comply with legal obligations under Malaysian law.

We do not sell your data to third parties. We do not use your business sales data to train shared AI models without explicit consent.

4. Data Hosting & Storage

Seeden's backend infrastructure and database are hosted on Supabase, which uses AWS data centres. Data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest (AES-256). Our primary region is Singapore (ap-southeast-1).

AI processing for insights and briefings may involve calls to third-party AI APIs (e.g. OpenAI). Only the relevant anonymised data snippet is sent per request — never your full account dataset.

5. Data Retention

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. If you close your account, we delete your personal data within 30 days, unless required by law to retain it longer. Uploaded sales data is deleted within 7 days of account closure.

6. Your Rights (PDPA)

Under Malaysia's Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA), you have the right to:

  • Access the personal data we hold about you.
  • Correct inaccurate personal data.
  • Withdraw consent to the processing of your personal data.
  • Request deletion of your personal data (subject to legal obligations).

7. Cookies

We use essential session cookies to keep you logged in. We may use analytics cookies (e.g. Plausible Analytics) to understand page usage. No tracking cookies are used for advertising purposes.

8. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services to operate Seeden:

  • Supabase — database and authentication
  • Cloudflare Pages — website hosting and CDN
  • Stripe / local payment providers — payment processing
  • OpenAI — AI insights generation (anonymised snippets only)

Each provider is bound by their own privacy policies and applicable data protection laws.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. We will notify registered users via email of material changes at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of Seeden after that date constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
